As 2009 ebbs away into the winter of 2010, the global recession seems to be tightening its icy grasp on everybody everywhere. Between astronomical unemployment, the meltdown on Wall Street, the impending bankruptcy of Detroit’s Big Three automakers, a $50 billion fraudulent investment scheme, and the utter collapse of some of the world’s most respected financial institutions, most financial experts agree that 2009 was a very hard year indeed. Of course, those are only the huge issues—everybody everywhere seems to be having their share of financial troubles. But wait, there’s more!
